The location of this place was perfect, with easy access to bars and restaurants, and there was a lovely café nearby called Market Cafe Vdara to enjoy coffee and treats just a short walk away.

Excellent location. I only slept there. Very convenient, close to station, metro, shopping, attractions. The breakfast was good. The restaurant has a beautiful view on the Grand Place. I will definitely stay there again, but will ask for a room with a view!! It will be worth it!

The room was very very small, unattractive and hidden in a corner of the hotel.

Everything was excellent, the location, staff, all the service, but my room was at the back with window facing the small space with some pipes at the bottom of the space. The reception has immediately adjusted the price of the room to my full satisfaction.

it was a fabulous and beautiful hotel in a lively area, near less than 5 minutes to central train station, the taxi which was 5 minutes away in another area and the centre of grand palace. comforts of new-fashioned double room with the view were fabulous. we had central heating, an iron and an electronic key card in the room.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the central train station, and the room is modern with great soundproofing and a lovely view.

The location for the view is wonderful

It was loud and not good air conditioning. Basically it was the windows which made it loud.

I liked the fact that it was centrally located,although slightly hard to find as there is no sign.

The room was so dated it felt dirty.It could do with a renovation as it is a shame.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is amazingly nice and incredibly friendly, especially the front desk staff. the location is great and within walking distance from the central station.

I greatly enjoyed the room, it was new-fashioned and included with the grand windows, bathroom and toiletries.

Our rooms were soundproof and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a mini bar fridge. The bathroom was good size with bathtubs.

The service here was top-notch! 🌟 the breakfast at the restaurant was really good, we both had yummy dishes. Plus, the location was great, close to a cool museum we visited on foot. 🏛️.

Wonderful location in the heart of Brussels on the Grand Place and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The room was super quiet and you couldn't hear a thing from outside. It had central heating, an iron if you need to press your clothes, and an electronic key card for easy access. 🤫 They served up tasty coffee, croissants, and hot chocolate at the café.
